Production

Nearshore label manufacturing

Wet-glue and cut-and-stack labels for food and beverage programs, produced in a certified plant and delivered to your warehouse in Texas.

Hispanic Retail Media (HRM) represents certified wet-glue and cut-and-stack label manufacturing in Mexico for US food and beverage buyers and delivers it in Texas under USMCA. Food and beverage is the label market's largest end-user at 38.9%, and offset litho, at 37% of print processes, is the workhorse behind those recurring runs.

Capability

Recurring label volume, priced for the long run.

Labels are not a one-time purchase. They are a program that repeats every production cycle, which makes unit cost, color consistency and delivery reliability the only three things that matter to a buyer.

HRM runs wet-glue and cut-and-stack work on offset litho, still 37% of print processes, against food and beverage, the largest end-user segment of the label market at 38.9%. Production is certified to ISO 9001, SMETA, FSC and GMP food and pharma grade.

Every quote states minimum run, lead time and delivered price into your Texas city, with USMCA origin certification and customs handled by HRM.

Common questions

What is a cut-and-stack label?
A cut-and-stack label is printed on sheets, then cut and delivered in stacks rather than on a roll. It suits high-volume glue-applied bottles and cans, keeps unit cost low at scale, and runs efficiently on offset litho presses.
What is the difference between wet-glue and pressure sensitive labels?
Wet-glue labels are applied with adhesive at the filling line and carry a lower material cost per unit, which is why beverage runs favor them. Pressure sensitive labels arrive with adhesive already on the liner and cost more per label but need no glue system.
Do labels made in Mexico enter the US duty free?
With certified USMCA origin, yes in most cases. Around 85% of Mexican-origin goods now enter the United States duty free when origin is documented. HRM prepares that certification with each shipment and clears customs as part of the quote.
